Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th Standard pass (higher qualifications preferred)
- Certification:
- Must obtain IIBF-BC certification within 3 months of joining (exemption for retired bank staff with JAIIB/CAIIB)
- Other Requirements:
- No family/blood relation with any BC agent
- No business relations with BC agents
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned region

Important Notes
- Contract renewable based on performance evaluation through monthly Scoring Matrix
- 30 days paid leave per year (maximum 3 days per month)
- Either party can terminate contract with 30 days notice (instant termination possible for misconduct)
- Performance reviewed monthly by Regional Office and annually for renewal
- BC Supervisors will act as brand ambassadors of the Bank
- TDS will be deducted from monthly remuneration as per Income Tax guidelines
Job Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of BC Agents through dashboard, calls, and VC meetings
- Monthly visits to BC points and villages in operational area
- Conduct financial literacy sessions and customer meetings
- Ensure BCs follow all operational guidelines and remain active
- Handle customer grievances and submit feedback reports
- Coordinate with link branches and Regional Offices
- Ensure display of required information at BC points
- Promote cross-selling of bank products and recovery of dues
Performance Evaluation Parameters
- Percentage of Active BC Agents (minimum 60% required)
- Growth in deposit mobilization and PMJDY accounts opened
- Micro Insurance policies enrollment growth
- Percentage of Zero Balance Accounts (target < 2%)
- Loan accounts opened and dormant accounts activated
- Customer complaints and fraud cases
- Customer satisfaction feedback
