SJVN Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 - Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 18-05-2025
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years | OBC: 13 years | SC/ST: 15 years
- J&K Domicile (1980-1989): 5 years
- Educational Qualification: Full-time degree in relevant disciplines from recognized universities (no equivalent degrees considered)
- Minimum Marks: 55% for UR/EWS/OBC, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD (only pass for CA/ICWA-CMA)
- Final Year Students: Can apply but must submit final consolidated marksheet by 31-07-2025
SJVN Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- 150 MCQs in 2 hours (120 technical + 30 general ability)
- Languages: English and Hindi
- No negative marking
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 40% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on communication and awareness.
- Personal Interview: Final assessment of personality, subject knowledge, and suitability for the role.
- Final Merit List: Based on aggregate score from CBT (75%) + GD (10%) + Interview (15%)
Medical Fitness
- Candidates selected will undergo a medical examination as per SJVN standards.
- Appointment will be subject to being declared medically fit.
- Resignation from current employment must only be done after medical clearance.
