SSC CGL 2025 Notification - Age Limit
- 18-27 years: For most Group ‘C’ posts (e.g., Auditor, Accountant, Tax Assistant, etc.)
- 18-30 years: For certain Inspector and Assistant posts
- 20-30 years: For Assistant Section Officer posts
- 18-32 years: For Junior Statistical Officer post
- Note: Age relaxation applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM candidates.
SSC CGL 2025 Notification - Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizen or as per eligibility conditions detailed in notice.
- Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline for most posts.
- Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level or Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects.
- Research Assistant in NHRC: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably with research experience or Law/Human Rights degree).
- Final year candidates are eligible but must have the qualification by 01-08-2024.
SSC CGL 2025 Notification - Selection Process
- Tier-I Examination: Computer Based Test (Objective type questions)
- Tier-II Examination: Computer Based Test (Objective type, Paper I compulsory for all, Paper II for specific posts like JSO)
- Document Verification: Only for shortlisted candidates.

- One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory on the new SSC portal.
- Fill out the online form, capture a live photograph as instructed, upload signature, and complete the form.
- Pay application fee online if applicable (₹100 for General/OBC candidates).
- No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Women candidates.
